RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Raggs Boutique! Our first priority is making sure you get the best quality merchandise and that you are happy with your order. For our online orders we are happy to offer refunds for up to 10 days after the original invoice date. You will receive a refund to the original payment method that was used when you placed your order. It can take approximately 5-10 business days for your return to process and payment refunded once it arrives at our store.


Please inspect all items once they are received, if you have a wrong or defective item, please call our store at (248) xxx-xxxx or send an email to RaggsBoutiqueSales@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We would be glad to work with you to correct the error.


CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if any of the following applies to your order:

  • Tags are removed
  • Items are worn with damage, stained, washed or items damaged by smell.
  • Personal items
  • Gift Cards
  • Earrings
  • Items that were washed incorrectly. Please follow the care label instructions carefully.

SHIPPING

We do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ship your return via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We strongly recommend you purchase tracking and/or delivery confirmation information and provide this to us. If we do not receive the item we cannot issue a refund. 


EXCHANGES

You may only make exchanges for the same item in a different size. The items must meet all of the conditions of a return. You may come into the store to make an exchange or ship us the item. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
